We have undertaken some of the most prestigious and technically challenging projects in the country, and are known for setting standards in our field. Marium Construction has one aim – to improve the quality of life of the people of Bangladesh.

Marium Construction was set up in 1989 as a big engineering and construction firm, it is therefore one of the oldest business houses in the country. The very first project executed by Marium Construction was a 20 storied building at the center of the capital city. In time, we have grown to be one of the largest construction company in Bangladesh. Our credibility and dedication to quality is well established and has won us some of the most prestigious and technically challenging projects in Bangladesh as well as many awards as recognition for our work.

Marium Tower 1

Constructed at Gulshan-2, one of the most posh areas of the city, Marium Tower-1 is a monument of excellence. It is situated in Baridhara Diplomatic Area, at close proximity of Gulshan Lake. This high rise tower was the first condominium in Bangladesh.

This project was undertaken and finished by Alam Ahmed when he was 28 years old.

Operated with his own wealth, the foundation goes ahead with the intention to provide health care facilities, higher education, interest free loans and other benefits for the people in need.

Marium Tower 2

The predecessor’s success led to the construction of the second condominium named “Marium Tower-2” Located in close proximity of Marium Tower-1 , it is situated by the side of the same waterfront. The success of these towers also led many private developers to take on such projects.

Marium Heights is situated at Kapasia in Gazipur District. It is one of the tallest building in Gazipur. Marium heights is a multi-storied residential building and is surrounded by greenery.

Holiday Finance Tower

Holiday Finance Tower is a multi-storied commercial complex located at the prime location of Tejgoan, Industrial area. The complex is expected to capacitate many offices and commercial establishment. It has connectivity with prime routes allowing ease of access to its visitors. The building shall have state of the art facilities and shall be a land mark for modern architecture. The building shall also host a multi-storied car parking facility for guests and visitors.
