This LEED infrastructure is being developed in the 100% percent eco-friendly, green factory.The industry is located just an hour and a half away from Dhaka’s Shahjalal International Airport by road.
The distance of Chittagong Port from this industrial establishment will be reduced to about 60 km by 2021 after the completion of the proposed bridge over the Shitalakshya River which flows through the factory.
This project is being set up keeping in mind the international buyers in theworld market.

Each floor of the main 4-storey building has an area of 22,000 square feet. Besides, there is a washing shed made of 33,000 square feet of iron and a bonded wire house made of 12,000 square feet of steel
There is improved accommodation for international shoppers, and 5 star entertainments in the green lap.
Factory has been granted 33 kw uninterrupted power supply direct from the grip and backed up with three diesel generator as well.
In the old shed of NPM Apparels Limited, 300 workers have been working in different shifts for thelast 2 years.
WASHING PLANT
With area of 33,000 Sq. Ft, Washing plant has been build with latest technology for sustainable garmenting.
With latest technology of Laser, Nano Bubble, Sustainable Drying system, Conveyer Belt, Front loading washing machine, makes this plant one step ahead in sustainable garment manufacturing.
Latest trend and high end fashion equipment like 3D Crinkle machine, 3D flexi legs and Conveyorized curing oven has been considered for high End fashion garments.
Boiler 4,000 kg and LPG Gas Station has been installed for the smooth flow of Gas supply on the adjoining land but separated by the canal to ensure safety of the workers.

Our Laundry water will be 100 % soft water, which are compromise with 60 m3/hr. X 02 set Water Softening Plant along with fully auto Supply system.
As we are very concern with much We have Very advance Waste Water Treatment plant with 100 % recycle facility, the Plant are designed based on latest MBBR (Moveable Bed Bio Reactor) technology followed by Ultra Filtration System followed by Water Softener which will ensure the Zero Liquid Discharge System.
